Our Working Process in 4 Steps
Developing and implementing carbon reduction energy projects requires 4 successive and specific steps, each of them leading to very specific « investment process milestones » and whereby the Investors will, at each milestone, be in a position to evaluate the added value that the proposed carbon reduction energy project will generate for them, for the local population and for the country.
The most important milestone will be achieved at the end of the second step and whereby the « Financial Close » milestone will be reached allowing for a secured & successful implementation.

Project Identification, Pre-Development & Initial Risk Analysis
In the pre-development phase, the PYTHYAS DEVELOPMENT GROUP will identify potential carbon reduction energy projects that will cope with the Authorities’ overall Environmental and Renewable Energy Development Policy and assesses the possible risks that the Investors may face regarding the proposed project.,

Development & Project Financing
In the development phase, the PYTHYAS DEVELOPMENT GROUP will finalize all the required contracts allowing the future Special Purpose Company (SPC) to dispose of all necessary agreements that will secure the whole financing and, subsequently, guide the construction and the operation of the proposed carbon reduction project.
Those agreements will also include a land-lease agreement (LLA), a grid-connection agreement, a building permit (BP), an environmental permit following the Environmental Impact assessment (EIA) study, a fuel supply (FSA) agreement, a power purchase agreement (PPA), an engineering-procurement-construction(EPC) agreement, an operation & maintenance (O&M) agreement and a senior debt agreement.

Project Construction & Commissioning
Once the Financial Closing milestone will have been achieved, i.e. that all prevailing contracts and agreements have come into force, the Special Purpose Company will be in a position to start the construction of the proposed carbon reduction project.
The PYTHYAS DEVELOPMENT GROUP will – on behalf of the SPC (Special Purpose Company) – manage and coordinate the project construction phase and the final project commissioning till the Commercial Operation Date (COD) will be reached.

Commercial Operation & Maintenance
Once the Commercial Operation Date (COD) will have been achieved, i.e. that the project has successfully passed all its trial runs and that all final approvals and/or take-over certificates have been obtained, the PYTHYAS DEVELOPMENT GROUP may – on behalf of the SPC (Special Purpose Company) – manage and coordinate the initial commercial operation phase of the carbon emission reduction project whilst an « ad hoc » management team will be put in place.
